ACE Scholarships

ACE’s mission is to provide children in grades K-12 with equal access to quality schools through privately funded scholarships. ACE has an unwavering commitment to ensuring that all students have access to an education that suits the needs of the child and family by enabling the student to attend their private school of choice. An ACE Scholarship will pay up to 50% of private school tuition. See the chart for ACE Scholarship financial eligibility. The families are responsible for working out a payment plan with the school for the remainder of the tuition. ACE scholarships are based solely on family income.

Prior School Requirements:

  • -Entering kindergarten for the first time

  • -Coming from an AR public school

  • -Resided in another state the previous school year

  • -Enrolled in an AR private school for less than half of the previous school year

  • -Received an ACE award for the previous school year (Current ACE Scholar)

Applications open the first Monday in February and close at the end of the day on tax day in April.

It is essential that families apply as soon as possible after receiving their tax return paperwork. The sooner the application is submitted, the better the chances of receiving financial aid. To apply, create an account and follow the prompts. If your child is already an ACE scholar, you will log in to your existing account.

When applying for ACE, be aware that submitting tax documentation incorrectly can significantly delay the verification and approval process. To avoid any such issues, we strongly recommend that you read all of the "help" tutorials carefully to ensure that documents are uploaded correctly and promptly. We also recommend applying EARLY!

Families who qualified for ACE last year will enjoy a streamlined process, as document uploads won't be required during re-application. Just log in with your account information from last year. Please remember that applications must be complete and submitted for all current awarded scholars to remain on scholarship. ACE prioritizes awards for returning students. Any family who qualifies is encouraged to apply. ACE will accommodate as many additional awards as funds allow.

For those families who are applying to ACE for the first time, you must submit a complete application with all required taxable and nontaxable documentation to be considered for an award. Only complete applications will be reviewed. Applicants may submit the application and log back in later to upload their income documentation before the deadline.

The sooner the application is submitted, the better the chances of receiving financial aid!
