2026-2027 After School Care

Hello CRA Parents,

Welcome to a new school year!

We are your first-grade teacher team, Mrs. Donna Niedermeier and Mrs. Misti Meredith, and we'll be overseeing after-school care this year in Mrs. Misti's classroom.

After-School Care Hours: 3:30–5:30 p.m.
Cost: $6.00 per hour

Please note that after-school care is billed in one-hour increments. If your child stays for any portion of an hour—even just a few minutes before leaving for practice or another activity—the $6 hourly fee will apply.

To ensure our staff can leave on time, there is a $1.00 per minute late fee for pickups after 5:30 p.m. We appreciate your help in arriving promptly.

Students who are staying for after-school care will be dismissed directly to Mrs. Misti's classroom by their teacher at 3:30.

Our after-school program is designed to provide care for families who are unable to pick up their children by dismissal time. We appreciate your partnership in using this service for childcare needs rather than as an extended playtime.

As a reminder, CRA is a device- and electronics-free campus.

Statements for the previous week's care will be sent home each Monday in your child's Monday folder. Payments may be returned in the folder. Checks should be made payable to Misti Meredith, or you may pay through Cash App: $MistiMeredith.

To help us manage the program, we ask that accounts remain current. Students will not be able to attend after-school care if there is an outstanding balance from the previous week.

After-School Care Pickup:
When you arrive, please call or text 870-215-8216 or 870-323-1007, and we'll send your child to the elementary entrance for pickup.
