Each family will sign up for a payment plan when they fill out their enrollment package in the FACTS Family portal each spring. Families may choose from a variety of payment plans, including a ‘pay in full’ option. Account information will be collected through the form.
-
If families opt to participate in CRA’s bus service, the fee will be combined with your tuition balance and applied to the payment plan each family has chosen in their enrollment package.

FACTS not only manages a family’s scheduled payments for tuition, but also handles the billing for your student’s incidental expenses.
Incidentals are charges not covered in your FACTS tuition payment plan, such as:
Bus Fee
Field trips
Sports fees
Extracurricular activities
Miscellaneous expenses
Your school posts incidental expenses to your FACTS account as they occur. Then, FACTS notifies you of your incidental expenses by email. You can change your notification preference any time by logging into the “My Profile” section of your FACTS account.
There are four easy ways to pay for your student’s incidentals.
Auto Pay
Auto Pay is a convenient way to make sure your incidental expenses are paid on time. With your authorization, we will draft payments automatically as expenses are incurred. Ten days before the due date, you will receive a notice of the amount, description of charges, and the date the payment will be deducted from your account. You don’t have to do a thing. It’s automatic. To set up Auto Pay, log in to your FACTS account and go to “Enroll in Auto Pay.”
Pay Online
When you receive an invoice for incidental expenses, follow the link in the invoice to view your charges and make a payment.
You can log in to your FACTS account any time at online.factsmgt.com. Go to “Make a Payment.” Enter the financial account or card you wish to use or login to pay with a stored account. Confirm Payment. A confirmation page will appear, which you can print. A copy of the transaction will also be sent to the email addresses you have provided. Payments are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once submitted.
If desired, another family member can pay your student’s incidentals without logging into your account. Just forward your email notification to your relative. He/she can make a payment to your account using his/her bank account, debit or credit card. (The relative’s financial information will not be saved).
Filling out your enrollment / re-enrollment package
-
For each student’s enrollment to be confirmed for the following year, an Enrollment Package must be completed through their FACTS Family Portal account by the designated deadline.
The Enrollment Package enables parents and guardians to verify contact details, emergency contacts, and medical information. It also allows them to approve essential documents such as the handbook and photo permissions. Additionally, it informs us about students' plans for the following year, whether they intend to return or withdraw, and if they plan to use the bus service, among other things.

The payment plan covers the remaining tuition (and bus fee if applicable) once EFA vouchers and ACE Scholarships have been deducted.
FACTS charges a fee for processing payments for each family enrolled in the payment plan.
2026-2027 Tuition Rates:
Kindergarten: $7,200
Grades 1–6: $7,500
Grades 7–12: $7,900
EFA Voucher amount for 2026-2027: $7,208
*If your balance is zero after applying EFA/ACE vouchers and accounting for bus fees, select “Pay in Full,” and our business office will waive the payment plan fee. ONLY Kindergarten students who aren’t riding the bus and ACE scholarship recipients have the possibility of a zero dollar balance. ALL OTHERS must choose a payment plan.

Under the “Document Upload” tab in your enrollment package, be sure to download the health update form, fill it out, scan it and re-upload it under the Document Upload tab. Remember to click SAVE!
*The Notes app on your iphone has a scanner if needed.
*Only certain file formats can be uploaded, such as JPEG and PDF. Some phones take images in HEIC format, which is incompatible. We recommend scanning, but if you must take a picture with your phone, go into your settings >camera>formats>most compatible.

You’ll know if your enrollment package is fully submitted when there is a green check mark next to each tab and you have submitted the $11 fee to submit. (New students should have a $0 fee as it was included in their $22 online application fee. FACTS will charge new students who submitted a paper application the $22 fee.)
